The address evokes a discrete air of privilege. Occupying a delightful and tranquil corner in the San Marco area, within 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, Palazzo San Luca is extremely accessible from both Marco Polo Airport and Santa Lucia Train Station. We are also within easy walking distance of most of Venice’s finest restaurant, shops and museums.

All of our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a minibar, satellite TV and air conditioning/heating. 

We know our guests are very well informed and have definite tastes. We are always happy, however, to share our inside knowledge of the city and neighbourhood with our friends. We recommend only things that we personally like. We enjoy special offers from some of the best gastronomy restaurants, and offer private walking tours and boat tours around the city. Private boat transfers for your arrival and departure can also be arranged upon request and at an extra cost.

Nearby attractions include Canal Grande (0.1 miles), Piazza San Marco (0.2 miles), Basilica di San Marco (0.3 miles) and Palazzo del Doge (0.3 miles). Also, a bit further away but still close by are Ca’ Zenobio degli Armeni (0.7 miles) and Scuola Grande di San Rocco (0.4 miles). 

We recommend Ristorante La Feluca, Enoteca Al Volto or Corte Sconta. For pizza, 1000 Gourmet is a great option.

You can check-in at anytime from 3.00 PM. As reception closes at 8.00 PM, you will need to contact our staff in advance for late check-ins. Check-out is by 11.00 AM but you are welcome to store your luggage with us so can continue exploring the city for as long as you wish.

The closest car parks to the city centre are Garage San Marco, Autorimessa Comunale and Tronchetto Parking. For a low-cost option, we suggest Saba Parking, in front of Mestre Train Station.

We stayed there for 3 days on last floor in a very strange room - it was a room in th attic. I could only stay straigth in limited area of the room but it was great with the terrace. We could have coffee in the morning on it overlooking the roofs of venice houses. The service was perfectly prepared for Covid situation.

Accueil chaleureux (personnel souriants et accueillant, avec un plan de Venise à l'arrivée), hôtel très bien situé (moins de 10 minutes à pied du pont Rialto ou de la place Saint Marc), chambre propre et tout confort, rien à redire ! On nous a proposé une belle chambre au premier étage au lieu de celle que nous avions réservée au quatrième avec terrasse mais sans ascenseur.Choix judicieux en cette saison hivernale. Excelent for quality on price ratio, in a very nice and quite position in Venice. Very close to Rialto bridge (aprox 300 meters) and to San Marco square. The staff is professional and proactive. Room was clean.
